Spreading Joy and Color: Telemus Holiday Community Enrichment Event

This year, Telemus had the privilege of partnering with Detroit Dye House for our holiday community enrichment event. The event was inspired by the journey of a young boy named Bran, who valiantly fought cancer and touched the hearts of many in his community. We wanted to help carry on his legacy with the Detroit Dye House by providing unique and vibrant tie-dye beanies to young cancer patients.

Detroit Dye House has become well-known in our community for its dedication to creativity, artistry, and philanthropy. Their commitment to making a positive difference in the world aligns perfectly with Telemus’ mission to enrich the lives of our clients, our employees, and the communities we support.

Our team, along with the dedicated staff of Detroit Dye House, worked together to tie-dye a total of 300 beanies across our offices. The beanies will be donated to the Children’s Hospital of Michigan, Kids Kicking Cancer, Crowns of Courage, and Gilda’s Club. Our hope is that these beanies will brighten the lives of young cancer patients, providing comfort and joy to the children who need it most during this season.

We believe that community enrichment events highlight the potential for change when communities come together and work as one. We might not be able to fix everything, but even small initiatives like this one have a way of making a big impact in our communities.

In the end, our team truly experienced the gift of giving back. We believe we can make a significant impact on children and their families–and together, we can be a part of ensuring that Bran’s legacy lives on.
