Webinar | Commercial Real Estate Market Update

When the economic effects of COVID-19 reached their peak in April, we held a webinar to discuss how the pandemic had affected the commercial real estate market. With the worst of the pandemic seemingly behind us, now is a good time assess how things have progressed from April’s lows — and what that means for the future of commercial real estate.

On Wednesday, October 28th at 12:30 PM ET, we held a webinar to revisit the state of the commercial real estate market. We were joined by two veterans of the commercial real estate industry who provided their insight and answered audience questions.

    Specifically, we discussed:

    • The impact that COVID-19 has had on the commercial real estate market
    • How the pandemic has impacted lending rates
    • How the commercial real estate market has changed in the past six months
    • What trends are beginning to emerge in commercial real estate
