Diana Joseph
Ms. Joseph develops and oversees all aspects of the investment process and strategy for the firm. This includes the manager-of-managers program, All Cap Value, Growth and Value Blend, and the High Dividend equity strategies, balanced versions of all, as well as the Diversifier and Comprehensive strategies. Diana’s previous experience includes her positions as Managing Director/Shareholder and CIO of the Strategic Wealth Management Group, Dearborn Partners; Senior Managing Director/Senior Portfolio Manager, Mesirow Financial Investment Management; Portfolio Manager, Harris Associates LP; and Senior Vice President, Rothschild Investment Management. In these roles Diana has been analyzing companies and economies, successfully creating and implementing diverse asset allocations and portfolios which have stood the test of time for over twenty-three years. In addition, she continues to author an insightful quarterly analytical market letter. Previously, Diana practiced law with Hinshaw and Culbertson while establishing an independent track record. Ms. Joseph appears on a regular basis in national and local media including Barron’s, Crain’s, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg TV and local media. She has been a frequent speaker in many venues, which have included MAR Hedge, Investment Management Institute, Illinois Valley Estate Planning Conference, the Chicago Business Leaders Breakfast, the PrivateBank and Trust Company’s Wealth Management Forums, and the Philanthropy Forum hosted by the Jewish Women’s Foundation of Chicago. Diana participates in many civic organizations including: Delegate to the Investment Advisory Council (13 years), Core Traditional Asset Subgroup (11 years; past Chair), Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago; Member, Circle of Friends, YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago; Member, Women’s Bar Association of Illinois; Trustee, Jewish Women’s Foundation, Chicago; Past Member, Steering Committee, Jewish Women’s Foundation (6 years), Chicago. Ms. Joseph also actively supports many pet welfare organizations including Young at Heart and Defenders of Wildlife. Diana has passed both the Illinois and Florida bar exams, as well as the Series 7 and 24 (both now lapsed), 63, and 65 securities industry exams.
