Telemus Financial Life Advisor, Andrew Hambleton, Passes CFP Exam

    | September 1, 2023

Telemus is thrilled to announce that Financial Life Advisor Andrew Hambleton recently passed his Certified Financial Planner exam.

“We’re all thrilled for the additional capabilities this will provide Andrew and our clients,” said Josh Levine, CPF®, Senior Financial Life Advisor and Partner. “Telemus encourages everyone on our staff to pursue professional development opportunities. Congratulations to Andrew and we’re looking forward to watching him develop as an advisor.”

The CFP exam is one of the most rigorous certifications for financial planning knowledge. CFPs must have several years of planning-related experience and adhere to strict fiduciary as well as ethical standards and must always act in a client’s best interests.

“I undertook the CFP exam so I can start crafting full financial plans to help our clients realize their goals,” Hambleton said. “I’m glad to be able to work more in partnership with clients and to enhance my professional abilities.”

Hambleton joined Telemus in 2019 as an Associate Financial Advisor and quickly grew to become a Financial Life Advisor in 2020. Andrew brings together financial planning, asset allocation, tax planning, investments and more to fully service a client’s needs. He is also integral in rebalancing portfolios, administering portfolios, and responding to special requests. He leads the preparation and analysis of detailed financial plans and long-term projections for clients.

Andrew is a graduate from Rollins College. Previously, he was employed at BMO Private Bank as a Private Wealth Analyst working with wealthy individuals. He also has experience as a Mortgage Banker with BMO Harris Bank.
